Wendi Brandner

Wendi has been immersed in the world of childcare for more than 25 years. She worked for BECEP and the Head Start program in Bismarck, ND, for 15 years before returning to New Rockford, where she assisted special needs individuals with their daily routines for 4th Corp. A mother of 2 young women, Wendi was inspired to open Brandner Daycare following the birth of her first grandchild, and to fulfill a need within the community. She holds an Associates degree in both Nursing and Science.

Assistant Director

Amanda Wiedmeier

A mother of 2, this is Amanda's inaugural venture into the realm of childcare! She has jumped in head first and embraced her roll here with enthusiasm. Amanda's career has focused mainly in business management, with experience in eCommerce, food service, bookkeeping, and music education. She studied Business Administration, Music Performance, and Medical Coding in college, but feels she has found her true calling in Early Childhood Development. Amanda sees the value in providing safe, quality childcare and is eager to help our local families access it.

As parents and teachers, we strive to impart wisdom upon our children. More often than not, however, it is our children who end up teaching us more than we could have ever imagined!

Infant Care

We offer infant care from age 6 weeks up to 18 months. Caring for this precious age group is not a task that is taken lightly. We never accept more infants than we can handle, or that our license allows for, and we always observe the most current recommendations for Safe Sleep. Please contact us with any questions and to add your name to our Waiting List.

Pre-K and Elementary Care

We are located just 1 block from the New Rockford-Sheyenne School, and regularly care for children attending AM and PM Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary School. Please contact us with any questions about providing Before or After School care for your little scholars.

Toddler Care

From the moment they take their first steps, children are eager to learn and explore the world around them. It is our duty to help shape these little minds and help them grow into the best versions of themselves. We engage your children in an environment geared toward developing good social habits through group play, honing gross and fine motor skills, exercising brains, and growing their imaginations every day!
